Notifications about incoming leads from ElevenLabs conversations

✅ Lead Processing Success

When: ElevenLabs conversation data is successfully parsed and validated
Contains: Customer details (name, email, phone, property info)
Purpose: Confirm that incoming leads are being processed correctly

❌ Lead Processing Failed

When: ElevenLabs conversation is missing required fields or can't be processed
Contains: Error details and raw conversation data
Purpose: Alert you to leads that need manual review or system issues

🔗 CRM Integration Notifications

Notifications about submissions to your CRM system

✅ CRM Submission Success

When: Lead data is successfully submitted to your CRM system
Contains: Lead name, CRM response, and confirmation details
Purpose: Confirm leads are reaching your CRM and being processed

❌ CRM Submission Failed

When: CRM submission fails due to network errors, server issues, or validation problems
Contains: Error details, CRM response, and troubleshooting information
Purpose: Alert you to CRM connection issues that may require manual intervention

Contains: Raw webhook data, conversation summary, transcript preview, and dynamic variables
Purpose: Debug and validate incoming webhook data for troubleshooting and monitoring

📊 Daily Reports

Automated daily conversation reports and statistics

📊 Daily Export Reports

When: Daily at 23:59 UTC (covers current day's data)
Contains: CSV attachment with conversation data, success rates, and performance statistics
Purpose: Stay informed with automated daily reports for tracking performance and trends
Benefits: Cached for efficiency, comprehensive data export, professional insights

📌 Note: All emails are sent to admin users only. You can change these preferences at any time. Test emails can be sent from the Admin Panel to verify your configuration.

Your session is secured with 256-bit encryption and will automatically expire after 24 hours of inactivity. If you notice any suspicious activity, please logout immediately and contact your administrator.
