💾 KV Backup Information
The KV backup system automatically backs up all your data daily:
- Conversation Data: All conversation records, CRM data, and processing results
- Security Data: User accounts, sessions, and security settings
- Encryption: AES-256-GCM encryption with PBKDF2 key derivation
- Storage Format: Encrypted binary files, decrypted to JSON on download
- Bulk Operations: Optimized with bulk reads for efficiency
Backup files are stored securely in a dedicated R2 bucket with strong encryption and can be downloaded for local storage or restoration.
